It is well-know within the industry that the only professional and effective method of cleaning rectangular air ducts is by using a remote controlled robot. The special designed rotating brush system makes it possible to perform a 100% effective cleaning job in those "hard-to-clean" corners.
The Danduct Clean MPR is by far the market's most advanced and flexible cleaning robot : Its modular construction and design allows it to work with its rotating brushes in air ducts as small as 150×300 mm all the way to air duct as large as 1200 mm height. Thanks to the innovative automatic lift arm you can save valuable time on the job. In most buildings the sizes of air ducts change frequently, requiring adjustment of the equipment. With the remote controlled lift system you only have to push a bottom on your control panel to raise or lower the brushes to fit exactly the needed size of air duct. The MPR can of course also be fitted to clean round air ducts from 400 to 1200 mm utilizing the same technology.

A strong 4-wheel drive system combined with the proportional control of each engine separately allows the robot to go into curves without the need of blocking any of the engines. The 21 kg MPR can easily pull a compressed air hose or coating cable to a distance of 30 meterr or more.

To improve dust evacuation a rotating turbo spider air nozzle can be attached in front of the robot.

The MPR comes with a standard dual camera system which always gives you a prefect sense of direction. Especially when performing coating where there is no time for rotation or tilting of camera, - you need to be able to switch instantly between front view (to see the actual coating procedure) and rear view (to see safely where your going).
